A fire that broke out in a residential area in Parañaque City Tuesday afternoon razed 120 houses and caused damage pegged at P6 million.
Arson investigators said the fire destroyed houses, most of them shanties, at the Concorde Village in Barangay Tambo.
The blaze started at 1:03 p.m. and was contained at 2:21 p.m. More than seven firetrucks rushed to the scene to help put out the fire.
Investigators said they are still conducting a follow-up investigation to determine the cause of the fire.
