Four people were injured in a fire that gutted at least 30 houses in Mandaluyong City Monday, DZMM reported.
Fire Superintendent Ruben Morales, Bureau of Fire Protection-National Capital Region deputy regional director, identified the victims as Teresita Posada, 70, Tony Acordon, Benedict Rivera and Alfred Tosa, all residents of Martinez Homes Welfare View Compound.
The fire started around 10 a.m. and reached Task Force Charlie before being put out around noon. Arson investigators were determining the cause of the fire as of posting time.
