FIRE destroyed a warehouse of consumer items in Quezon City before noon Wednesday although no one was injured in the incident, a fire official said.
The blaze at the Home Sweet Home warehouse at the Manotoc Subdivision along Quirino Avenue in Baesa started at 11:56 a.m. and was declared under control at 2:25 p.m., said Chief Inspector Oscar Villegas, Quezon City fire marshal.
Villegas said the fire was traced to the storage area for tissue paper.
He said there were no injuries although they have yet to determine the cost of the damage.
