AN EARLY morning fire in the gold-rush mountain of Diwalwal Thursday razed more than P2 million worth of property.

Mt. Diwata Barangay Captain Franco Tito said the fire started around 6:30 a.m. of November 30 at Purok 3-A and was declared under control and hour and a half later.

Five establishments were 38 families lived with 67 dependents were affected by the fire. Nobody was hurt though.

Tito said initial findings showed that the fire was caused by a faulty electrical wire.
