AS TYPHOON Milenyo (international codename: Xangsane) unleashed winds and rains as it slammed into Metro Manila, a house in an upscale subdivision in Makati City was gutted by fire Thursday evening, an official said.
Makati City fire marshal Rogelio Bucayo said the fire broke out at No. 28, San Gregorio St., Magallanes Village in Makati City.
No one was reported injured as the fire was put out later, he said.
