DUMAGUETE CITY—About P15 million worth of property went up in smoke on Sunday when a fire of still unknown origin gutted nine business establishments in a commercial area on Vicente Locsin Street this city. No one was injured in the fire, which started at about 11:30 a.m. and was put under control at about 1:45 p.m., said Chief Insp. Arnulfo Sayson, Dumaguete fire marshal. He said initial investigation showed that the fire started from Sanco Commercial and spread to other establishments in the area.
